Gavin Taylor is the Co-founder and CEO of Iluminado. Gavin retired from the financial industry in 2016 and eventually partnered with Dennis Alverson to create Iluminado Windows and Doors. Dennis is a veteran of the windows and door industry and has over 22 yrs experience in the luxury market. His plan is to have a business succession plan and eventually enjoy retirement.

We started Iluminado at the beginning of the global Covid crisis. While many companies had to close their doors during this turbulent times our company took off and has grown every year. This growth is due to our strong partnership with long time clients that are loyal because they know that service is key.

Our operations are handled by Sarah Calhoun. Sarah grew up in the construction industry and is familiar with many aspects of the home building process. With over 20 years of construction experience she is a valuable asset to the company.

They say that the key to good leadership is to surround yourself with people who know more than you. Our sales team is a great example of that. Dennis has stepped back from day to day operations and mostly focuses on sales. Bill has been in the industry 10 years and has a proven track record and Kevin has been a key figure in the window world in Houston for 20 years. He has been showcased on local news shows because of his knowledge and experience.

We are a small but powerful team that can get the job done.
